Summary
This study tests whether sending information and making two phone calls can encourage older adults with osteoarthritis to join SilverSneakers exercise programs. About 1,454 seniors across the U.S. who have free access but haven't used it will be followed for two years. The goal is to see if this simple support improves physical function, social well-being, and reduces healthcare costs.
