Summary
This study tests a new stent (SILANCE) to open narrowed veins in the brain for people with idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH). The goal is to reduce symptoms like severe headaches, ringing in the ears, and vision problems. About 99 adults with confirmed IIH and a pressure difference across the narrowed vein will receive the stent and be followed for 12 months.
