Summary
This study is testing whether a urine protein test can help doctors identify people with type 2 diabetes who are at high risk for heart and kidney problems. About 50 adults with type 2 diabetes will provide urine samples, and researchers will see if the test results can guide personalized treatment. The goal is to see if this approach is practical in a real-world clinic setting.
