Summary
This study aims to better understand sigmoid colon volvulus, a condition where part of the large intestine twists, causing blockage. Researchers will observe 40 patients of all ages in Sohag to see how this condition affects younger people, not just the elderly. The goal is to help doctors recognize it earlier to prevent serious complications.
