Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called SIG001 in 66 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose for future studies, and see if it can shrink tumors. Participants receive SIG001 through an IV every two weeks for four weeks, with follow-up visits over several months.
