New combo therapy targets hard-to-treat head and neck cancer

Summary
This study tests a new drug called SIBP-03 combined with cetuximab in people with advanced head and neck cancer that has returned or spread. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 81 adults aged 18-75 who have already tried immunotherapy and platinum chemotherapy are eligible. The study focuses on safety and how well the treatment works.
