New combo therapy tested for stubborn low back pain

NCT ID NCT07275294

Summary

This study is testing whether adding pelvic floor muscle exercises to a standard muscle therapy program works better for reducing pain and improving daily function in adults with sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Researchers will compare two groups: one gets the muscle therapy plus the exercises, and the other gets only the muscle therapy. The goal is to see if the combined approach helps people move better with less pain.
