Mindful movement vs. core strength: which eases back pain better?

Summary
This study aims to find the best exercise program to add to standard physical therapy for people with long-term sacroiliac joint pain. Researchers will compare two different approaches: one focusing on mindful movement control and the other on core strength exercises. The goal is to see which combination is more effective at reducing pain and improving function and stability in 36 adult participants.
