This study compares two hands-on treatments for sacroiliac joint dysfunction, a common cause of lower back and pelvic pain. Fifty adults aged 18–50 will receive either innominate rotation correction or sacral torsion correction, plus standard care like heat and exercises. The goal is to see which technique better reduces pain and improves daily function over four weeks.
