Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called SI-B003 in 60 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The drug is a bispecific antibody designed to target two immune checkpoints (PD-1 and CTLA-4) to help the immune system fight cancer.
