NCT ID NCT05020769

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug combination (SI-B001 plus osimertinib) in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. About 14 adults with specific genetic mutations will receive the combo to see if it shrinks tumors and how safe it is. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
