New hope for hard-to-treat esophageal cancer?

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, SI-B001 and irinotecan, in people with advanced esophageal cancer that has come back or spread and no longer responds to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink tumors and how safe it is. About 22 adults aged 18 to 75 are taking part.
