Summary
This phase II trial tests an experimental drug called SI-B001 in 11 adults with recurrent or metastatic head and neck cancer that has worsened after standard treatments. The drug is given weekly by IV infusion. The main goal is to see if tumors shrink, while also monitoring safety and how long any benefit lasts.
