Summary
This study is for people with advanced solid tumors that have a protein called CLDN18.2. It tests a new drug, SHR-A1904, combined with chemotherapy and immunotherapy to see if it is safe and works better than standard treatment. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it. About 924 adults aged 18-75 with good organ function may join.
