Summary
This early-phase study tested an experimental drug called SHR-A1811 in 101 people with advanced stomach or colorectal cancers that have a specific protein (HER2). The main goals were to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. Participants had cancers that stopped responding to standard treatments.
