Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new drug called SHR-8068 to existing cancer treatments helps people with colorectal cancer. Researchers will enroll 200 adults to see if this combination is safe and effective at controlling the cancer. The study will measure how well the treatment works by looking at tumor response and how long patients live without their cancer getting worse.
