New Cholesterol-Lowering drug enters final testing phase

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called SHR-1918 in 900 adults with high cholesterol and high triglycerides. Participants must already be on statins. The goal is to see if SHR-1918 can further lower bad cholesterol and fats in the blood compared to a placebo. This is a Phase 3 trial, meaning it is one of the last steps before the drug could be approved.
