Summary
This study tests a new drug called SHR-1826 combined with other cancer treatments for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapy. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth. About 876 adults aged 18-75 with measurable tumors and good organ function are being recruited.
