First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the drugs SHR-1701 and apatinib to standard chemotherapy before surgery can improve outcomes for people with locally advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. About 80 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either SHR-1701 plus chemo or SHR-1701 with apatinib plus chemo before their operation. The main goal is to see if the cancer completely disappears after treatment.
