Summary
This study tested a new, less invasive surgery for people with large rotator cuff tears that cannot be repaired. The surgery moves a nearby tendon to help the shoulder work better. The study included 25 adults who had shoulder pain and limited function for at least 6 months. Researchers measured pain, shoulder movement, and strength after the surgery.
