Summary

This study compares two surgical techniques for people whose shoulder keeps dislocating and have minor bone loss. One surgery is minimally invasive (arthroscopic Bankart repair with remplissage), the other is open (Latarjet transfer). The goal is to see which provides better shoulder function and stability. Thirty participants will be followed for up to two years after surgery.
