Summary
This study compares two types of shoulder replacement surgery for people with shoulder arthritis who have intact rotator cuffs. The goal is to see if the newer reverse replacement works as well as the traditional anatomic replacement. About 296 people aged 65 to 85 will take part, and their shoulder function and pain will be tracked for two years.
