New surgical technique aims to stop shoulders from popping out
NCT ID NCT07488039
Summary
This study is testing a specific surgical technique called 'labroplasty' for people whose shoulders repeatedly dislocate. Surgeons will use part of a patient's own biceps tendon to repair and reinforce the shoulder joint during a minimally invasive procedure. The research aims to determine if this approach improves shoulder stability and function for patients with certain types of shoulder damage.
