First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study compares two types of shoulder surgery for people who have had multiple shoulder dislocations and have some bone loss. The goal is to see which surgery better prevents future dislocations and improves quality of life over two years. About 200 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two surgeries. This is a pilot study to see if a larger, more definitive trial is possible.
