Summary
This study looks at two ways to treat partial rotator cuff tears when the shoulder is also stiff. One group gets early surgery, the other follows a structured rehab program with surgery only if needed. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves function. The trial involves 80 adults aged 18 to 80.
