This study tested a low-load shoulder exercise with blood flow restriction in 45 judo athletes aged 18-30 who had shoulder pain and dysfunction. The goal was to see if this training could reduce pain, improve strength, and increase range of motion. Results may help athletes recover without heavy weights.
