Summary

This study tested a new way to numb the shoulder for surgery using two nerve blocks instead of one. The goal was to see if it controls pain well while keeping arm strength and breathing normal. Fifty adults having shoulder arthroscopy took part. The approach aims to reduce the need for strong painkillers like morphine.
