Summary
This study aims to find out if a shorter, 6-month course of immunotherapy is just as effective as the current standard 12-month course at preventing high-risk melanoma from returning after surgery. It will involve nearly 1,800 patients who have had surgery for stage IIb-c, III, or IV melanoma. The goal is to see if the shorter treatment works as well while reducing side effects and hospital visits for patients.
