Shorter cancer drug infusions tested for safety

NCT ID NCT06031233

First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study is testing whether giving certain cancer immunotherapy drugs over a shorter time is still safe. About 776 adults starting treatment with drugs like nivolumab or pembrolizumab will have their infusion times gradually shortened if they tolerate it well. The main goal is to see if this causes fewer or more infusion reactions, potentially making treatment more convenient.
