Summary
This study looked at whether short sessions of blood flow restriction training can improve muscle size, strength, and jump performance in sedentary young men. Sixty-eight healthy males aged 18-30 who did little to no exercise took part. Researchers measured changes in thigh and abdomen muscles using ultrasound, strength tests, and muscle activity readings.
