First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether sound waves (shockwave therapy) can help men with Peyronie's disease, a condition causing a curved, painful erection. Researchers will measure changes in erectile function and quality of life in 50 men aged 18-65 whose disease has been stable for at least 6 months. The goal is to see if this non-invasive treatment can ease symptoms without surgery or needles.
