Summary
This study aimed to test if adding platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to shock wave therapy could reduce pain and improve function in active-duty soldiers with stubborn plantar fasciitis. It was designed as a small pilot trial but was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
