Summary
This study looks at whether adding shock wave therapy to standard exercise helps people with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). Researchers will compare pain, grip strength, and arm function between two groups: one doing only exercise and one doing exercise plus shock wave therapy. The trial involves 60 adults and lasts 8 weeks.
