Summary
This study compares two shock wave treatments (radial vs focal) for people with long-term tennis elbow pain. Fifty adults with pain lasting over 3 months will receive three weekly sessions of either active therapy or a very low-energy placebo. The goal is to see which type reduces pain and improves grip strength better over six months.
