Summary
This study tested whether a single session of shock wave therapy could reduce stiffness in the shoulder muscle. Researchers used a special ultrasound machine to measure muscle tightness in 40 healthy volunteers before and immediately after the treatment. The goal was to see if this therapy could help improve muscle function and reduce discomfort.
