Summary
This study tests a new mRNA vaccine called IN001 to prevent shingles (herpes zoster) in healthy adults aged 50 to 79. About 480 participants will receive one of three doses of the study vaccine or an existing shingles vaccine, and researchers will monitor safety and immune responses for several months. The goal is to find the best dose that triggers a strong immune defense against the virus.
