Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new mRNA vaccine (ABO1108) to prevent shingles in 180 healthy adults aged 40 and older. Participants receive two shots about two months apart at different dose levels. The main goal is to check the vaccine's safety and how well the body responds to it.
