Summary
This study tests a program called SHIFT that helps healthcare workers improve their health, safety, and well-being at work. About 3,300 employees from public healthcare institutions in New England will take part. The program coaches existing health and safety committees to work better together and choose their own improvement projects. Researchers will track attendance, engagement, and injury records to see if the program makes a difference.
