Summary
This study aims to validate a questionnaire called the Shared Happiness Index, which measures collective well-being among healthcare professionals working in multi-professional primary care practices in France. About 350 doctors, nurses, and other staff from over 100 practices will complete surveys to test if the tool is reliable and accurate. The goal is to provide a way to monitor workplace happiness and support better care and staff retention.
