Summary
This study tests a simple decision aid that helps teens and young adults (ages 12-25) make clearer choices about menstrual management and contraception. About 252 participants will use the tool during a doctor visit to see if it reduces uncertainty compared to standard counseling. The goal is to improve how young people participate in their own healthcare decisions.
