First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a shared decision-making program can reduce anxiety and improve birth satisfaction for first-time mothers who need labor induction. About 130 pregnant women will be randomly assigned to either standard care or the shared decision-making plan. The goal is to see if involving mothers more in decisions leads to better emotional and birth outcomes.
