Summary
This study tested a cosmetic shampoo against a standard medicated shampoo and another cosmetic shampoo for treating mild to moderate dandruff and scalp flaking (seborrheic dermatitis) in 90 adults. Participants used the assigned shampoo for 4 weeks, and researchers measured dandruff severity using a clinical score. The goal was to see how well the new shampoo works compared to standard care.
