Summary
This study tests whether a daily pill called dapagliflozin (an SGLT2 inhibitor) can reduce protein leakage in the urine of teenagers aged 14–18 with mild chronic kidney disease. About 200 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for six months. The goal is to see if the drug slows kidney damage and is safe for adolescents.
