Summary
This study looks at whether adding an SGLT2 inhibitor (a type of diabetes medicine) to standard care can help people with acute heart failure and kidney injury recover faster. It involves 30 adults aged 18-85 with heart failure and high NT-proBNP levels. The main goal is to see if such a study is feasible, not to prove the drug works.
