Summary
This study tested the drug SGI-110 in people aged 12 and older with rare cancers like wild-type GIST, pheochromocytoma, paraganglioma, or HLRCC kidney cancer that had not responded to other treatments. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors or slow their growth. The study was stopped early after enrolling only 9 participants.
