Summary
This study tests whether a new combination of special radiation (SFRT), an immunotherapy drug (tislelizumab), and standard chemotherapy can shrink stage III non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed with surgery. The goal is to make the cancer small enough to operate on. The study will enroll 30 adults and track how many can have surgery and what side effects occur.
