First seen May 11, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests a two-step treatment for people with large, relapsed solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery. First, a special type of radiation is given, followed by standard radiation combined with two immunotherapy drugs (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab). The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can shrink tumors. About 30 adults aged 18-75 with bulky tumors (over 6 cm) that have come back after prior treatment are being recruited.
