Summary
This study will observe about 2,600 adults hospitalized with severe pneumonia that started outside the hospital. Researchers want to see how different hospitals around the world treat this condition and how those treatments affect recovery. No new drugs or procedures are tested—only routine care is recorded. The goal is to find patterns that can improve guidelines and save lives.
