New survey aims to better understand patient recovery in their own language
NCT ID NCT07194369
Summary
This study aims to test whether a Setswana-language version of a recovery questionnaire is a valid and reliable tool for patients. The researchers will ask 150 Setswana-speaking adults undergoing elective orthopedic surgery to complete the questionnaire before and after their operation. The goal is to improve how recovery is measured for patients who speak local languages in South Africa.
