First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the drug serplulimab to standard induction chemotherapy can allow patients with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer to safely skip the intense concurrent chemotherapy that usually follows. The trial will enroll 456 adults aged 18-65 with previously untreated, locally advanced disease. The goal is to see if this approach improves survival and reduces side effects like vomiting.
